Four ways to reach a person
Whichever you pick, you get someone who can actually answer, not a ticket number. Fastest is the phone during counter hours; WhatsApp is best if you want to send photographs of documents.

Quickest during counter hours. Ask for whoever is on visas or ticketing.
Best for sending photographs of your passport, old visas and documents.

Before you call, have these ready
It turns a fifteen-minute conversation into a five-minute one.
- Where you are going, and roughly when
- What the trip is for: holiday, family, work, study, medical, pilgrimage
- How many people are travelling, and whether any are children
- Your passport’s expiry date, and the spelling of the name on it
- Any visa refusal you have ever had, from any country
That last one matters more than people expect. A past refusal is workable; a
concealed one is not.
Would you rather write it all down?
The enquiry form asks the same questions we would ask on the phone, and it reaches us the same way. Fill it in whenever suits you.
