Privacy note

What we collect. What you type into an enquiry form or send us over WhatsApp, email or the phone: your name, contact details, travel plans and, once a trip starts, the passport details a booking needs and the documents a mission requires. Nothing more.

How this website handles it. This site has no database and no server-side code. An enquiry form on this site does not silently transmit anything: it opens WhatsApp or your email client with the details written out, and you press send. A copy of your last enquiry is kept in your own browser’s local storage so the confirmation page can show it back to you. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What we do with it. Answer your enquiry, make your bookings, prepare and lodge your application, and contact you about that trip. Nothing else. We do not sell contact data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who else sees it. Only the parties a trip genuinely requires: the airline, the hotel or operator, and the relevant consulate, embassy or visa application centre. Where the law requires disclosure, we comply.

How long we keep it. Documents are returned to you when a file closes. We retain the minimum record needed for accounts and for any future booking, and destroy the rest.

Your rights. Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Write to .

Terms of service

What we are. A private travel and visa documentation agency. We are not a government department, not a consulate, and not the authorised representative of any airline or embassy. We act on your instructions.

What we promise. To book competently, to prepare your visa file competently, to tell you the truth about timelines, fare rules and the strength of your case, and to lodge and issue correctly and on time.

What we cannot promise. A visa outcome, an airline’s punctuality, or a hotel’s standards on the night. Visa decisions rest with the issuing authority. We do not control processing times, appointment availability, interview slots, flight schedules or the discretion of a consular officer.

What we need from you. Complete and truthful information, genuine documents, and names exactly as they appear on the passport. A concealed refusal, an altered document or a misspelled name will sink an application or a ticket, and may carry consequences well beyond it. If we find a falsified document, we will stop work on the file.

What we will not do. Guarantee visa approvals. Produce fabricated bookings or confirmations. Advise you to misstate anything to an authority. File passport applications. That is the Passport Seva route and we will point you at it.

No payments on this website. This site has no payment gateway and no booking engine. Every fare, rate and fee is discussed and confirmed with you directly before any money moves.

Fees and refunds

Two separate numbers, always. Third-party costs: airfares, hotel rates, consular and visa charges, appointment, biometric and courier fees: are set by the airline, the property or the authority and are paid to them. Our service fee is for our work and is quoted separately, in writing, before we begin.

Airline and hotel rules apply as issued. Cancellation and change terms are set by the carrier or the property, not by us. We will tell you what they are before you confirm, we will file a refund the day you ask, and we do not take a margin out of a refund.

Official fees are not refundable by us. Once a fee is paid to a consulate or to a government, that money is with them. A refusal does not bring it back, and no agent can recover it for you.

Our service fee. Treatment is stated in your written quote before you commit: including what happens if you cancel before lodgement or issue, and what happens if a visa is refused. We put that in writing precisely so it is not a conversation held after the fact.

A refusal is not a refund event. Our fee pays for the preparation and lodgement of a file, which happens whatever the outcome. Where a refusal follows a genuine error on our side, that is ours to put right, and we will.
